The Academy of Danse Competition Company emphasizes thorough and intense training, preparing dancers to excel while experiencing the joy and camaraderie of team-based performances.
Since 1995, our companies have competed at events throughout Northern California, bringing home hundreds of awards and — more importantly — building lifelong friendships and memories.

While evaluating dancers for potential placement, we consider two key factors.Ability Level
Dancers must demonstrate technical proficiency appropriate to the team level. We offer junior and senior company levels to match different stages of development.
Attitude
We specifically seek individuals who demonstrate unwavering motivation, genuine enthusiasm for their craft, and the spirit of a true teammate. Heart matters as much as technique.
