Looking for a fun, active way to spend quality time with your little one? Join us for 45 minutes of movement, music, dancing, and memories in our brand-new Mommy & Me class!
Designed for children 18 months to 3 years old, this class gives your little dancer the opportunity to explore rhythm, coordination, imagination, and creativity while enjoying every moment with someone they love.

Any Special Grown-Up Welcome
Despite the name, "Mommy & Me" is open to any special grown-up. Your child may attend with:- Mom
- Dad
- Grandparent
- Older sibling
- Nanny
- Guardian
- Any responsible adult caregiver
Why Mommy & Me?
Early childhood is the perfect time to introduce movement, music, and dance in a fun, encouraging environment. Through age-appropriate activities, songs, imaginative play, and creative movement, children begin developing:- Balance and coordination

A Comfortable First Dance Experience
This class is designed to be a gentle introduction to dance. Every child develops at their own pace, and we encourage little ones to participate in whatever way feels comfortable to them.
Your accompanying adult participates alongside your child throughout class as much as they are comfortable or as much as their little dancer needs. Whether your child jumps right in or prefers to observe before joining, our instructors create a warm, supportive environment where every family feels welcome.
What Should We Wear?
Anything comfortable to move in is perfect for both your little dancer and their accompanying adult. The focus is on having fun, moving together, and enjoying the experience!
